Question: Nikon N2000 camera pricing question?

I am selling my Nikon N2000 film camera. It includes the camera, a 550 fd n vivitar flash, a 75 mm lense, all instruction manuals, and the carrying case

everything is in extremely good condition.

I am wondering what to price it at. I looked online and I couldnt really find a solid price.

Answer: Keh.com, an excellent place to get a high end bound on pricing for used equipment, has the Nikon N2000 at EX+ which in KEH standards is practically brand new for 69 dollars. So I’d probably say ~20 for the body.

Here’s a Vivitar 550 FD N though this seems a little low but old flashes realistically don’t go for much more than 10 dollars.

I’m guessing your 75mm lens is some sort of bad zoom, though I could be wrong here, so that’s worth just about nothing, cases generally aren’t worth much either.

So I’d price your entire setup at maybe 40 dollars. Maybe a bit more if it’s in absolutely pristine condition. I personally probably wouldn’t pay more than 20. Old film cameras unless they’re desirable for one reason or another don’t really have any value. Though keep in mind this does depend on what lens this 75mm is exactly. Try searching on KEH and Ebay for approximate pricing.

Well, I was buying a waterproof / underwater camcorder suitable and I was wondering, thinking, brand is better? DXG or Vivitar? There are these DXG-579V HD Camcorder w / an underwater housing, waterproof to 15ft, that $ 100 @ Costco. There is also this Vivitar Underwater Digital video recorder @ Target for $ 100, so which one should I Vivitar or DXG?
