Question: Diabetes Convenience?
I'm finding myself being increasingly irritated trying to carry around all of my supplies. I have the One-Touch ultra mini, and although it does hold the meter, test strips, and lancets, I also have my keys hanging off of the zipper and my ID cards inside the pouch. It's becoming kind of a hassle to keep all of my stuff on hand, and I have to carry my glucose tabs separately. I don't carry a purse because I can't seem to keep up with it, and I was wondering if you guys had any ideas to help with the problem. I usually velcro the meter case to my pocket so that I don't lose it, but it just seems to be getting bigger and heavier. I need something that's kind of easily hidden and doesn't make me stick out like a sore thumb, or something that just isn't an eyesore. Any tips?
Answer: Get a tote bag with a zippered pocket or a purse with a zipper top. Put your meter kit bag in there, your glucose tablets, your keys and a wallet. You should have room for a couple of other things, like a snack and a bottle of water. Its very important to stay hydrated when you are diabetic.
You need to carry this stuff with you at all times and you shouldn't worry about hiding it. If you are in school, you could find a small backpack style purse to keep everything in. There are plenty of cool designs you can choose from. There are even bags and cases made just for diabetics, and some are cool, some are funky, some are pretty. Whatever your style, I'm sure you can find something online. There are links below, start surfing!
Keep in mind, that in summer, both your test strips and insulin must be kept from heat, and in winter, protected from freezing. Don't leave them in the car where they will be subjected to extreme temperatures.
Pay attention to what you need to carry now, and what you might need to add in the future, and what pockets are provided.

Here's a glucose keychain, but it only works if your tabs fit it. Mine don't.

Question: How is this light the picture will work?So I'm somewhat new to photography. How is this light going to work? Is it just plug / insert the batteries and ready? O has to be attached to my camera? Here's the link: Please http://cart.owens-originals.com/VU-PRO-COOL-V-FLUORESCENT-PHOTOGRAPHY-LIGHTING-KIT-p/cool5.htm get rude. Any help is greatly appreciated
Answer: These are running lights. This means they are "on" when is compose the shot and the camera meter will recognize the correct exposure. Nothing special for you to make the camera is concerned. Note that the word "professional" is pulled back and in advertising. These can be decent enough for your purposes, but not what you would find if you took a photo studio.
