Question: Beginners calistedics training?

ok so i am way out of shape and on a tight budget, i smoke but have a quit date set and i want to get into shape. I figure calistedics is somthing i could do in my own home and would be the cheapest option for me. What i need is a simple but effective workout that i can do as i am a newbie and dont want to over do it the first time around. Would anyone be able to help me out with this?

Answer: I quite smoking 2 years ago on Valentines day. I used that money to buy myself a new bicycle and it’s the best trade off I ever made. I had to start cycling again to get rid of the weight I picked up from eating more. Food just tasted so much better and it was something to do. You want an exercise that will get you huffing and puffing to the point where you don’t want a cigarette. Running, swimming and cycling are the best. I quit cold turkey and it was rough the first few weeks but I was determined to do it. Very time you exercise it’s a reminder that you need to quit.

Answer: There really isn’t any such thing as “lomo film”. Its just a rip-off since the lomo effects are caused by the lightleaks inherent in the lomo camera body and its low quality plastic lens. So use any 35mm film you can find.
