Question: How do I pair / connect an HP Bluetooth foldable keyboard (FA287A) HP Ipaq with 6515th?

Bluetooth settings "General" in, Accessibility checked allow other devices, all devices, other devices can discover, hands-free enabled. Power is on the keyboard (the amber light intermittent) new batteries – Connection Wizard tap connect a keyboard – keyboard is not response. All information on how to pair or set of keyboard as "detectable" would be greatly appreciated. HP tried to On-Line – no documentation or specifications pages available????
