Question: Sony lens is stuck?

I have put a Sony Cyber-shot camera and the lens, she used to back in. I'm sure I did not i plug it covered the belt enire me the time I was under ahd pix, I thought it was the batteries, but when I got home to charge the batteries of the lens are still. What should I do. It is not my camera. How much to fix it cost? and where? Thanks

Answer: Man, I did that too. In fact, it is still stuck out. How I fixed? I turned off the camera and slide it up. I thought I was lazy and finish it with brass.
