Answer: It’s worth little or nothing. The world is full of old Polaroid cameras like this one, a not particularly distinguished consumer point-and-shoot from about 20 years ago. Film is available again from The Impossible Project in the Netherlands, but it’s quite expensive.

A few old Polaroids have some value, usually pack film cameras with better optics, rangefinder focus and other features that make better pictures possible. They also are much rarer than your camera, so scarcity helps drive up the price. I doubt that any of the OneStep, Pronto and 600-series cameras will ever be worth much because so many were made and because they really aren’t good enough cameras for a photo enthusiast to justify the cost of film.

Answer: Yes, it is compatible. But I would not fall for the whole "cheap ink" thing. The ink quality is terrible and the machines themselves are unreliable.
