Question: How to improve bounce-flash?
I have ordered a Canon 420ex flash unit which I will be using as an on-camera bounce flash. If I use two slave flashes in conjunction with the master on-camera 420ex so that they go off at the precise moment when my on-camera flash is triggered, will my photos look better?
If it can happen, how do I got about it. How do I position the extra two slave flashes to take better portraits? Or will BOUNCING the on-camera flash be good enough?
I’m just a hobbyist. Thanks.Answer: This is an extremely difficult question to answer, as it depends on so many factors, including the sort of lighting you desire and the shooting location itself.
What I try to do is bounce light off of walls and ceilings in such a way that it looks like there is a skylight behind the camera, to give a nice soft white glow to the picture. I also use a tin foil-covered piece of foam to act as a reflector to both prevent direct light onto my subject and to help prevent backlighting.
Hope that helps!

Answer: I http://www.amazon.com/Cameta-Digital-Accessory-PowerShot-Cameras/dp/B000N1568M/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1220552410&sr=8-2 think that can pivot and be moved, not sure though. It is the only one I saw that under your budget was one hundred U.S. dollars
