Question: why does my camera go to a black screen ?

when i turn on my camera, you can’t see anything. the screen is black, before it was like that i took pictures and when i got home, i insert the memory card into my laptop and saw the pictures i took. and i took a random shot with the screen black and when i saw the pictures, i saw the random photo all black, does anyone know what’s wrong ?

Question: card error on my memory card for my camera?

I took many pictures with my camera and someone dropped it now I can see one photo from the night out. When I put the card on my laptop on the thumbnails are just black with funny names, is there any way I can recover Photos!?
