Answer: as others have stated, those cards are identical. Note that SDHC is a relatively new technology. You’ll only find cards 4 GB and higher with it in the SD card realm. The problem as Nestea has stated is that some card readers won’t read it. Which may or may not be a problem for you.

My experience is that I bought an SDHC 4 GB card at Best buy for 30 bucks. Great deal I thought until I tried to transfer images to my laptop. My built in card reader wouldn’t read the card. So I dug up my USB cable and transfered the images that way (pain in the butt). It was way too slow. It took about 20 minutes to download 300 images (about 1 GB). I returned the Card.

Well I went to Costco and found a SanDisk 4 GB SDHC card + Micromate card reader (SDHC) for 35 bucks. Let me tell you, the card reader is outstanding. 300 images in about 1.5 minutes is a fast transfer method. Plus it also reads SD cards. My problem was solved. Plus it works great with my camera! Panny FZ8.
