Question: Does the Tamron 70-200mm lens extend?

I know that the 70-300 Tamron lens can extend for sure.

How about the 70-200mm one? It looks already rather complicated and long especially with the lens hood, but I’m wondering if it can extend or not.

Answer: We need to know the aperture range of the lens. In most cases, if any zoom lens is NOT a fixed aperture lens, such as a 3.5 – 6.7, then the lens will physically extend. Fixed aperture zoom lenses, such as a 70-200 2.8, typically do NOT physically extend in length. The zoom function is internal and the aperture remains constant. These lenses are MUCH larger, heavier, and EXPENSIVE than the variable aperture zooms that will physically extend out.

Question: How to remove stubborn Tamron lenses?

I have my goal for my Tamron Pentax ZX-60 .. Course I have read the manual and did what I was supposed to do. I should simultaneously hold down a button and rotate the camera counterclockwise. but the goal will not only lower the body! 'm kinda scared of strength and spinning. and the annoying thing is that the focus of the lens thingy is what continues to spin, and not the entire lens. What am I doing wrong? Perhaps my hands are in the wrong place? as part of the lens do i have to twist exactly?

Answer: Hello curiousbug, since reading the manual, that assumes that you are pressing the right button. The objective locking pin may be jammed. Try pressing the lens release button to the bottom, then twisting the lens back and forth to try to free the pin, then repeat several times. Also try to press the release button, while in the process of twisting the lens back and forth. The drive shaft screw AF could be jammed. Try auto-focusing on some random elements, then try removing the lens again. If this does not work: it is this goal Tamron an old manual focus lens? If so, would be done for both Ricoh and Pentax. If you made after Ricoh updated their assembly to accommodate self-exposure (which they did before Pentax has done, and done differently Pentax has done), but before Pentax updated their assembly to accommodate auto-focus, then the pin lens for self-Ricoh Exposure can be locked in the car body of the Pentax-hole in focus. In that case you may need a pro to remove it. If you think that might be the case, I would start with a new question here, including the exact model of the lens. Good luck, Greg

Question: What is the best brand and model of upgradable clinical microscope for vets, choose between Olympus & Nikon?

I live in a humid country

Answer: Olympus is much better. In terms of upgradeability, service and durability. For vets, I recommend the CX31 or 41. You can have a phase contrast attachment for live cell microscopy. Also, you can opt to have a trinocular tube which can be connected to camera.

p.s. what country do you live in? i can recommend an olympus dealer.
