Question: What are CHEAP trigger/receivers for a Canon 40d?
I have 2 lights from Impact Lighting equipment and I need CHEAP trigger/receivers. I know nothing about lighting and I don’t know what to buy.
Cheap meaning under 50 bucks if possible.Answer: Peanuts. I think that’s how they are/were called, flash peanuts. Without using lots of wires, you would connect one flash to the camera, then connect one peanut to each of the other flashes. When the main flash from the camera fires, the peanuts will detect the light and trigger the other flashes to fire almost simultaneously.
Another excellent place to find Receivers Canon is on Amazon… They have way more than just books!

Question: Hi, does anyone know of any wireless video LCD monitors that are battery? (Pls read my data)?Basically I do a lot of filming in the location of my Canon XL2. Im looking for a product that transmits a video signal from my XL2 to an LCD monitor. However, because their in-fliming location, which cannot transmitter require a power outlet. Also, preferably, the receiver has an antenna and requires no wall (rechargeable battery work?) In "Beauty and the Geek" I see these devices, like 7-inch LCD monitors in the back was a battery (which seemed a battery Canon camera) and an antenna sticking out of it. And the "Beauties" could hold the antenna and LCD Batt, walking back and watching their "geeks" do what challange. Any solution or bundled products to create this solution? Toughie: Any help would be greatly apreciada.-Arthur
