Answer: unless the card in the camera memory has been corrupted, and therefore the team does not realize what you are connecting. To check whether this is the problem, try to connect memory card the computer using a USB card reader (instead of connecting the chamber containing the memory card to computer). If you do this and still receive the error, it is likely that the card is to blame. If you do this and load it could be a problem either with the camera or the USB cable you are using to connect.

I am going on a trip to London in the middle of August and I would like to have a camera. I have researched them but I can’t seem to get a straight answer from camera salesman. Question: just dig up some old lenses after not having checked in nearly two years?

I did not check my glove in almost two years and when I opened it today, I found one of my goals was fungus growing on one element inside and some others, growth was limited at the front which I was able to clean with my pen goal. Anyway, I sent two of my Canon EF lenses to see if they can still be cleaned and recovered, but I also noticed on all the manual focus ring is all sticky and leaves marks on your hands when you touch it. Is there any way I can clean myself without breaking the bank. For the moment I left him alone because I do not know if it's just the surface of the MF ring real or rubber / plastic ring itself who is all sticky. Also, I noticed on the bottom of my Nikon FM and 30 organizations Eos stuff kind of like white tempered with salt, but requires some force to remove. Is this some kind of fungal growth? If I checked this? 60usd gun charges for each change manual focus ring.

Answer: Your "glovebox" is not dry, dark, hot and wet is the worst place to keep the camera equipment. Fungi on the lens will probably kill the lens completely, it secretes an acid that dissolves the glass, glasses should be ground and polished or replaced very expensive. 'Focus ring sticky "rubber die is usually due heat, they can be replaced. The "white stuff" on your FM Nilon is aluminum oxide and is formed under the same conditions that ruin your lenses (aluminum combined with oxygen). It can not be reformed and made the plates must be replaced, if the device will probably work when the "white stuff" is abraded off, but with "scars", which has also happened on the aluminum inside the camera to a service is requested. The best place for storing photographic equipment is open on a sunny terrace, air traffic stops most of these problems and in the UV sunlight kills the fungal spores. Chris
