Question: Landscape / Underwater photography?

What's the dealio with cameras. When I search each one for landscape photography or underwater photography What should I be looking? If more MegaPixels = higher resolution than that defined more equal in the image? Someone Can recommend cameras for less than $ 400 or special glasses or filters? Polarized filter would be useful for the landscape? Are they expensive? Are there too many questions: |? ill be literally under water:) Oh, thank you for the recommendation. I've done manual photography and has worked with the film for two years, but I can not afford the constant film, I have no darkroom and it's too expensive for me at my pictures developed in the laboratory. Then I thought about investing in a digital SLR good. The problem is ….. I do not know what to look ….

Answer: You are looking at two very different types of photography. However, when properly equipped camera can be used for both. Your idea to invest in a digital SLR is correct. It becomes simply a matter DSLR. Since you've already used a film camera, the transition will be much easier for you. If you have several lenses for your camera and film you'd be smart to stay with this same brand of DSLR – unless that your camera is a Canon F series has used the FD lens mount or a series Olympus OM or Minolta SRT and X series. Unfortunately for the camera lenses are not compatible with their current DSLR counterparts. When Canon introduced the Rebel autofocus 35mm film they have abandoned the goal FD mount to the frame EF. When Minolta introduced the world's first full-featured auto focus 35mm SLR (the Minolta Maxxum 7000, 1985) they have abandoned the goal SR mount for the A-mount. The Sony DSLR cameras today use the A-mount. When adopted the Olympus 4 / 3 format for its digital SLR cameras, they abandoned the OM mount. Nikon Lens Compatibility dating back almost 50 years. Almost every Nikkor lens ever made can be used with the current cameras Nikon digital SLR. Pentax is still using the K-mount for the first time in 1975, so that any K-mount lens ever made can be used in their digital SLR today. A bonus offered by Sony and Pentax is that they have their respective versions of image stabilization (IS) in the camera body. This means that 20 + years. old Minolta Maxxum AF lens on a Sony A300 will become a target IS just one of 30 + years. old lens Pentax will on a Pentax K200D. Nikon and Canon can not make that claim because they have their respective versions of the SI in some lens. Returning to the landscapes and the underwater photography. For landscapes with a tripod is one of the best accessories you can have. A good wide angle is also needed. You also need to know how to maximize your depth of field (DOF) with your camera and lens. One of the best places to learn it is located http://www.dofmaster.com/dofjs.html Here you can calculate DOF for any purpose. f-stop, focal length and subject distance. If you are unsure that the RFP is actually going to: http://www.dpreview.com/learn/?/key=depth+of+field This is a good EAY understand explanations. I know for years. experience that if I concentrate my 21 mm to 6 feet and use my f16 DOF will 2'-2 "to infinity. I'm in aperture priority and use a cable release to trigger the shutter. The shutter speed is whatever games camera and since I use a trpod it is not important. Obviously you'll want to be in manual focus, since you will not probably not a m 6, subject once in your landscape. (NOTE: Shutter speed is, of course, be important if its a windy day. Then I could use a high ISO because I refuse to renounce F16). Thus, for best results in landscape photography: 1) Use a tripod 2) Shoot to highest resolution your camera 3) Use a low ISO 4) Using Aperture Priority 5) Use manual focus 6) Use a cable release or self the camera timer to release the shutter For underwater photography, you will need a waterproof case for your camera. They are very expensive. You can check here: http://www.marinevisions.com http://www.scuba.com http://www.squidoo.com/underwatercamerahousings http://www.housingcamera.com http://www.ikelite . http://www.ewamarine.com com If you plan to go beyond a meter or so you'll probably need a waterproof flash light or other source. In my opinion, unless you plan to do a whole lot of underwater photography, one of the Olympus Stylus SW series of water proof and shockproof camera can be a really cheap alternative. ****** EDIT ****** I forgot to mention that every lens you own should have its own UV / Haze filter to protect the front element. You'll also want a circular polarizing filter to darken a blue sky and remove glare / reflections from glass, water, snow, sand and painted metal – but not polished metal. I suggest to buy your filters in a "light" or "slim" mount to use wide angle lenses. Do not waste money and image quality risk with inexpensive filters. Buy Hoya, B + W, Heliopan Tiffen or marks. Add a lens cloth and you're good to go.

Question: Are my bearings going out in my Alero?

Judging from what I read here, my Alero is a glorified piece of crap. However, I am stuck with it and its many problems. I just replaced brakes and rotors and am still having a “groaning” sound coming from my front end, especially when I turn in either direction. Just today my front end on the driver side started squeaking periodically while driving. Also my rear defrost went out last week. Any tips on how to repair that? And last but probably not least my heat/air will not blow through vents. It only comes up through the defrost and down at the feet. Any help would be appreciated. I would love to get rid of this car but I just don’t have the means to do it.

Answer: One at a time .
1— The alero is not that bad a car.
2—If you replaced the rotors and pads ,I would put my money
on a bad wheel bearing, especially if it groans when turning.
Have it checked at a dealer as this can be real dangerous,if
the bearing breaks you could lose control.
3—The rear defroster and vent problem sounds like a blown fuse.
Won,t cost much to have it checked. Good Luck

Question: How can I diagnose a disorder, if the annual vehicle failed inspection?

Help! My 2001 Mitsubishi Galant 6-cylinder have the annual inspection. The only thing that was printed on the report from the garage a "fail" was an OBD-II test result indicating "ordered MIL-On. "II do not know what that means. In addition, the yellow warning light on the dash was on (engine seek help soon) and my own OBD-II show a Code P0135 (Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction). If the "Command MIL-On" and the P0135 code to do? Is this a simple repair to replace the oxygen sensor. With a little direction, I can fix almost anything. Thank you very much

Answer: It is your oxygen sensors are malfuctioning. For Most vehicles, it is as simple as replacing the spark plugs. I believe that your vehicle is two oxygen sensors, which has on it. One is located on the exhaust system immediately after the manifold, the other is located on the exhaust system which is removed immediately after the catalytic converter. All you need is the right key and is the right O2 sensors, and the job can you 20-30 minutes. Replace your oxygen sensors will most likely turn off the "check engine" light off, but if not, then you may need to disconnect your battery and plug again after thirty seconds, so that your car's computer system may be that it has new O2 sensors.
