Answer: GE, of course (they pay my retirement). Seriously, in most cases it is simply a matter of using all bulbs you can find in stock at your dealer. I do not think there is much difference between them.

You must return everything that came with the camera, and it must be in perfect working order. The reasons for return is that you do not like, do not take good pictures, etc, but must be within its return policy. The warranty is issued by the company that makes the camera. And only covers faulty parts. No cover abuse such as dropping or spilling liquid on it.
