Question: can you please help me to take a digital camera?

I'm primarily interested in a digital camera that will allow me to images do very well at night. I plan to travel around Europe and the camera I only got good images a day. during the night, the pictures are blurry and out of focus. I tried all the functionality it had, but the result was the same. I want to be able to take a picture of the moon, in Belgrade at night and every other building lit. I know you can. I just want to know what kind of camera I can do it.

Answer: To take photgraphs night, you need a camera that is taking manual control of shutter speed + you will need a tripod to take pictures with slow shutter speeds I'm using Sony Cybershot Schizoaffective disorder-1, which is having minimum speed of 30 seconds, which is more than enough for handwriting night photos.
