Question: How does Reese’s coat the paper cups with chocolate?

I make home made peanut butter cups and coat the inside of the cups with melted chocolate and a brush. Obviously that is not the way it is done in production, so I was wondering how they coat their cups in such large quantities

Answer: I saw it today on Food Network,they were in the Reese factory, they add a spot of chocolate in the bottom, but the peanut butter filling is a plug that fits in the middle, they vibrate it and the pour more over top, and vibrate and blow off the excess, so for home made you would need to make small puck size PB filling nuggets, and then place them in and then cover the top, just make them up and refrigerate them as you set the base in the bottom chocolate disk.

Question: What products can I use to coat paper beads for reinforcement?

I was folding the paper, and I want to make paper beads. There's a product I can use to coat the balls so they do not get crushed when they are worn?

Answer: I regularly used Elmer glue holding together the paper and once dry, I coated with clear nail polish to seal it up and give them some shine.
