Question: Is there a tripod that fits the Nikon D90 SLR perfectly?

I want my camera to be positioned vertically using a tripod. However, my camera does not support standard socket that fits all tripods I've seen. It’s just a 110 film cardridge, a piece of something with a pinhole in it, and some sort of shutter made of electrical tape. The pinhole is reusable, so presumably you can put it on another 110 cartridge and duplicate their electrical tape trick.
