Question: Name suggestions for goldfish?

I won’t go into detail about the fish or name ideas I had for them, so I don’t get incredibly insulted again.
I can’t really give them gender specific names (John, Amanda etc.) because I don’t know if they’re girls or boys yet, but I’m open to any suggestions.

PS. One is solid white with a slightly off center orange spot on it’s head, it reminds me of the Japan flag, and the other is splotchy orange and white, with a little orange spot on it’s upper lip that would remind you of either Hitler or Charlie Chaplin depending on what kind of person you are.
Splotchy one is a spaz, and they’re always near each other except when spaz goes to swim in front of the filter where it blows out water… because he’s a spaz(:

Thanks(:
I’m set on spaz. haha

Now I just need one for the white one.
Thank you for all your answers(:

Answer: Flash or Dash for a goldfish fish. I just bought a cool looking clear and white fish and named it SUSHI. Good luck

Question: I've wrote my own chromatography experiment and I want to evaluate, in terms of how to improve and maybe?

What worked well. Here's my method: Method 1) Add a small amount of Acetone in the mortar. Place a handful of nettle leaves in a mortar 2) Grind propanone nettles in until you get a moderate amount of pigment solution 3) Using the filter paper to filter the solution into a glass. 4) Take a piece of paper chromatography and draw a line from one end 10mm. Mark a dot in the center of the line-what is the point of pigment. 5) Use the micropipette to remove a sample of the solution and then put a drop in the place established as before. Leave the dry fall, and then place a small drop of a second over the first. Repeat this process 5 times in order to build a pigment concentrated in the small area. 6) While preparing the ground pigment, pour the solvent into the boiling tube to a depth not exceeding 15 mm. 7) Fold the opposite end of the paper chromatography and paper chromatography stay in the boiling tube.

Answer: A good outline. If you have a solvent to a depth of 15 mm, it is necessary to place a more, because we want to be above the level of the solvent. You must close the final boiling tube with a stopper or some type of sealing of the film. You should then leave the position in a test facility draft-free and if possible a fairly uniform temperature. It would improve greatly if the experiment was run a parallel experiment using ethanol as solvent, to see if this made any difference. Good luck.

First up, let”s start by searching Ebay for Point Star Filter:

[phpbay]Point Star Filter, 90, “78997″[/phpbay]

Question: Magnitude, flux and the V band?

Show that the magnitude of a star with a flux Fv in the V band is given by:

m(v) = V = 2.5log(Fv=0/Fv)

and hence that the B-V colour is given by:

B-V = 2.5log(Fb=0/Fv=0)(Fv/Fb)

where Fb=0 and Fv=0 are the fluxes corresponding to 0 magnitude in the B and V bands respectively.

[Zero point flux is different for the magnitude scales in different filters]

Answer: I don’t know that there’s much to “show”, those are basically definitions.
