Question: Casio Exilim Z200 Repair. Is there a repair place for a camera somewhere. Glendale, LA?
I opened my camera from the case in my school bag finding out that the lens optical thing got squished. I think like i mean the button was pressed accidently i guess to on and the lens came out and somehow it is all squished in and the little lens in is out of place and is not lining up the lens. The focus circle inside is like off, the edges are showing. ANd also when i turn on my cam the lens optical comes out and goes back in showing no screen picture in my cam and the protective cover of the lens doesnt cover and goes in completely. IS there a place near Glendale,LA,CA i can go to have my cam repaired and how much u think.
Answer: I dont no where in La but you can send it into a repair shop. Most local places i know send it out anyway. i've used Precision Camera in the past and im pleased.

Question: Diving with the camera?I'm leaving for the Great Barrier Reef this summer for snorkeling and scuba diving and are totally excited, but I really want something so that I can take my camera with me. I have a Casio Exilim S880, and underwater housings are made specifically for it. I found some things like bags so that you can take your underwater camera, but I'm afraid are not as effective. Also, I'm sure that if damage has come for the camera, The warentee not cover it because these grants are not Casio. Is there any alternative, or if anyone knows of a good that works fine with digital cameras? PS I do not want to scuba diving, which would surely be too risky. Only the most superficial for snorkeling. Thanks fhotoface but my camera is a point-and-shoot to small. Question: About how much to get my MIDI Keyboard Repaired?
I picked up a Korg X50 for a steal and the only problem with it is that there is a shortage where you plug the power supply in. When you hold the cord in a certain position it works no problem.
I did replace the cord and found that was not the issue. The component on the inside must be lose.
I assume any computer repair shop can fix this? I'm just curious about how much this would cost me. I just want a ball park.
Answer: If you feel qualified, open it up and see where the power input goes. Check how many wires there are.
If you're lucky and it's two, you might even be able to do a modification yourself, with cable connectors or a soldering iron.
Remove the existing socket and replace it with a short cable soldered to the wires leading to the original socket. At the end, attach a different socket. Add a matching plug for the power supply cable.
But make sure you don't mix up positive and negative!
Otherwise, take it to an electronics repair shop. Ask them to see if it's the power input socket that's faulty. If they cannot get an original Korg spare part, or it will be expensive, ask them to do the mod. described above.

Question: Which is best? Sony Acid Music Studio Magix Music Maker 7 or 16? If there another program in the same ball park price range that is better please tell me. (Maybe an older version of one of the above programs?), Features that are important for me it's MIDI editing and creation of virtual instruments (not loops, but I used them in the past), and drum editing. I also have a Behringer USB guitar, and it would be nice if this was compatible with the software, but not essential as I can record another piece of software I have and then import into the program.
