HIGH SPEED 8GB 8G Memory Stick Pro HG Duo MS HX Card For SONY PSP Camera New |
Question: how is better high speed or low speed memory stick pro duo?
Answer: It depends upon what you mean by "speed"... You've gotta be specific about what you are comparing. In general yes, faster is better but you've gotta know what you're buying, because higher latency numbers mean slower performance.
When it comes to the Mhz rating, it's a waste of money getting higher speed than your CPU is clocked for. For example, a Core 2 Duo E7200 has a FSB speed of 1066 and uses 533Mhz memory. Buying more expensive 667mhz sticks won't speed anything up- the CPU still accesses the RAM at 533Mhz. The 667Mhz only helps for overclocking, that's all.

Question: Kingston SDHC 4GB Card Help?
I just purchased a Kingston SDHC 4GB Class 4 memory card for my digital camera. It works fine in my camera. It holds the pictures. The only problem is when I stick it into my computer it does not read the card. The light on my computer turns on (indicating that it knows the card is there) but when I go to the Removable Disk in my computer it says please insert card, meaning that it is not reading anything. How can I this card to work? By the way, I am using Windows Vista operating system. Thanks in advance!
Answer: try to see if you can view the files on another computer (preferably on another OS other than vista)
if you still can't view these file then it would appear that it will need to be formatted. typically these kingston sd card is formatted as FAT32 or even just FAT instead of NTFS (this will of course will cause whatever is store in the card to be wiped clean).to format, place card into card slot on your pc.
go to "computer"
look for your sd card in the "device with removable storage" section
right-click your sd card
then go to "format..."
select NTFS on the drop-down menu then click "start"
it should only take less than a minute then your done. now you can place whatever file in there and your vista would be able to see it.

I know that ur able to install BootMii on the Wii using these cards. However, I want to know if I could save my NAND using wen ither one of these cards. I prefer to use the Panasonic one, but if I use Kingston misuse that one to. So can someone help me. Thank you. People say kingston works. But wen i tried to install homebrew kingston it installed but it didn't let me out the charger. So i donno but I can try kingston on whether it actually works. The site also states that WiiBrew works in Kingston, but it says that to restore the NAND it wasn't tested yet so how will I know if it works to restore NAND?
Answer: The Kingston is said to be able to install BootMii and backup NAND. but I have not seen anything on the sd panasonic well.
