On top of that, I don’t seem to own any rubbing alcohol.

Answer: If none of that worked I would try to find/buy some rubbing alcohol and see if that works. But if it doesn’t, I would consider buying a new binder.

Well if I brought the kit GIOTTOS cleaning that comes with everything, and then I applied the spray on the cloth and begin wiping the lens, after I had finished, I then took a little quickie to see if it worked a little and it didn't. Can any one help me with my problem?
