Answer: Don’t shoot the cats, get some humane traps to capture the cats and turn them over to a local animal shelter (or call up animal control, tell them there are cats roaming around your property and they may come and do it for you). If the cats have tags/microchips the shelter will call up the owner who will have to come get them. Repeat the process a few times and the owner might eventually get the hint that her cats shouldn’t be left to roam around and cause havoc where they aren’t wanted.

Question: What is the best way to clean (and grease) oven hood filters screen?

I have screen filters as in the hood of my oven. The fan is used to suck the smoke from the stove does not work very well because I think that the filter should be cleaned.
