Question: If my pc psu is 200 watt and I get a 400 watt psu, can I still use a video card with min power of 300 watt?
Want to add a new video card. But they all need a minimum of 300 watt power supply, my pc is only 200 watts. I purchased a 400 watt psu. Iam not sure if I still can get a new Video card to work.
Answer: If that 400W PSU complies w/ 12V ATX V2.2 standards, it will have at least 14 amps on +12V1 and +13 amps on 12V2 voltage rails. It should be powerful enough to run most MAINSTREAM graphics cards BUT NOT the high end cards.
If it complies with the older V1.3 standards, its +5V may be the strong rail and +12V quite weak (15 amps or less). If 18 amps or higher it could power graphics cards with less than 50 watts power draw.

Question: What is the best video card for games could be achieved with a 450 watt power supply?So I need a new video card because mine is not really a card is built into the mother bored and its a Nvidia Geforce 6150 LE, it is insanely old and it doesn't work that good because its built in so I play off my motherbored basically. What is the best video card I could get to work with a 450watt power supply? I do not want to fry my PC.
Answer: This is a difficult question to answer, because the food quality is so variable from one brand to another. Do you have a power 450W of power? Do you really?!? Or do you have one of the millions of "450W" power supplies that run about as well as a good supply of power from 300W? If the power supply is a good brand name and has at least 30A on +12 V rail and a PCI-Express Graphics connector. . . I think the best solution for a video card that will not bring the system to its knees is a HD 5670. Good video card game, requires a minimum supply 450W of power. If your power supply is a trademark off or are not sure of the brand. . . It would probably be better to buy a decent first power supply, and then you would have a better selection of video cards, too.

Question: Can a LCD screen work as a touch screen without additional hardware on windows 7?
I read on a forum once that you can use a program that comes with windows 7 lets you use a standard LCD screen as a touch screen. Is that true?
Answer: In short the answer is NO.
A touch screen is an LCD screen with a transparent layer on top of it which can detect when something touches it. If this layer is not there, an LCD screen alone can not detect touch.
