I'm curious about this. Only makes sense that every place public is a kind of FIRST AID KIT to treat, say, a pretty deep cut or a puncture, etc., while rescuers arrived. I am sure that this helped in the spread of MRSA (methicillin aerous Resistan aureus), which has just killed a young man in Virginia, by closing 21 schools. Presumably this bacteria will be killed more people with AIDS!
