Question: Can I use my LCD TV stand mount on an LED TV?
I have my LCD sitting on a TV stand with a universal mount. Will the same mounting system work on a Samsung LED?
Answer: LCD and LED (really "LCD with LED backlight") TVs use the same VESA mounting system. The part of the mount that actually couples to the TV is a plate with screw holes in a 200mm x 200mm square, or sometimes 150x200 If both sets have the same hole spacing, you're fine. If not, there are adapter plates to go from one VESA mount size to another - in fact a universal mount should have come with such a plate.

Question: Do all over the range microwaves mount the same?
I am looking at buying a used Whirlpool microwave that was mounted against a wall to replace my Hotpoint microwave that is mounted over an island (under cabinets & cabinets on the side with a board covering the back). They are both 30" wide. I'm wondering if the mounting parts are universal so I could use the same parts. The guy selling his says he only has the wall mount. Is this a difficult job? Thanks for the help!
Answer: You will want to examine the two carefully - many are different not just between brands but between models. But don't worry, if you're handy you can mount it anyway.

Question: How can I disable the card reader on my Lenovo Sunrise 420A laptop running Win XP?
I have a tiny SD card stuck inside the internal card reader and can't remove it. My laptop is trying to read it , but can't and it is using too much battery and processing power on a futile effort. I need to disable the card reader in order to let my computer run properly. I am willing to live without the card stuck inside and the use of the reader. I would prefer to solve this problem through Win XP and not have to resort to (any further) physical damage.
Lenovo Sunrise 420A

(not sure what info would be needed to help disable the card reader)
Is anyone able to offer some advice?

Answer: Go to [Start] --> right click (MyComputer) , click properties
and goto " Hardware" Tab and click on "Device Manager"
there you will see all your hardware currently working on your PC,
look for SD or the name of your card Reader, right click and disable it.
