I have a sony a330, and i do allot of macro work and sports
I allready have:
75-300mm F/4.53-F5.6
18-55 f/3.5-5.6
HVL-f42AM
set of 3 kenko macro Extension tubes
fish-eye adapter lenswhat lens do you think i should get
Answer: No need to spend the entire $800 on a macro lens, which the Sony will cost you.
The Tamron 90mm f/2.8 Macro is one of the best out there, another very good choice is the Sigma 70mm f/2.8 Macro. Both will leave you a substantial portion of your $800, unlike the vastly overpriced Sony macro lens. Enough to add another 42 flash at least. Or a 35 or 50mm prime, the Sony 35mm is macro as well.

Question: Car stereo problem - amp, head unit and speakers? Help?Okay, so my power to protect light keeps at low to medium flashing volumes. I have a 500W amp MAC. I have a cheap £ 100 4x45W Kenwood head unit. It is 3 years old. I have a standpipe, which was equipped with the amplifier. Now, here is the difference ..... I use a Sony Connect pod in my head unit with a tape adapter. The pod is equipped with 2 audio output settings. Line out and headphones. On the Line-out setting is pumping the music into a rich format that a 25% increased fuller sound. So now at low volumes such as 15 of 35 (on the main unit) the power to switches protect the amplifier. It will kick in again after 20 minutes or the next trip, or even the next day? Why? I still have a bass tube from my Wife's car and tried out the system cuts still - so i figure its amplifier or head unit .... Does the head unit had some transistor wear what? or has my pod damgaed the amplifier? I was told I could get a head unit with a pod adapter just plugs in. Any advice .. . Thank you.
Answer: Sounds to me that the input level of the amplifier is too high (over-drive the amp). If there is an adjustable, turn the amplifier input level.

Question: Party Photography Help?
Sometime in June my one friend is having her 16th birthday and asked me to take some photos. I usually only take photo's of non-alive (forget the word D: ) objects and i use a Canon EOS 50D. Can you give me any tips? I've tried out 'auto' and 'portrat' settings on my camera but neither are very flattering. I want the photos for the person to have a nice skin tone and for it to be very smooth and non- harsh lighting. What settings do i use? M, Av, Tv, P? And what about aperture, ISO, shutter speed? I'm going to be taking pictures outside, inside - with lighting and im sure ill be taking some inside after the sun goes down. How do i make these photos look good? Tips? Suggestions?
Ps: I have a few filters that im not sure if they will help but i have :
* Fader ND Filter
*CPL
*FLD
*UV
I dont own photoshop or know how to work it, my friends mom wants to print these so they have to be on my camera chip.Answer: inanimate? haha
I'd use the movement setting if your taking pictures into a crowd, and portrait for well portraits haha.
Most of what your talking about can be achieved better with photoshop such as the smooth and nice skin tone.
on photoshop you can..:
erase blemished - the band-aid looking tool
smooth out skin - blur tool (at a low saturation percent)
get a darker/lighter skin tone/shadows - burn tool for darking and dodge tool for lighter (again at a low saturation percent)if you have a reflector (one of those big circular white/silver flat looking things) those help out tremendously with lighting when taking the picture by either reflecting or blocking the light from the picture.
