Question: What is the difference between the small traffic cameras, and red light cameras?

Hey Guys,

What do the small little black cameras do that are usually on top of the poles that traffic lights hang from? I always thought those were for taking pictures of “rule-breakers”, but it looks like those are different. You can see the little cameras I am talking about on the middle of the horizontal pole in the background. What are they for?

So those are different from red-light cameras (in the foreground)?
Woops! Forgot to link to the picture:

That is the one I was referring to in the text above.
Oh, these can usually be found on EVERY single traffic light pole. What are they for?

Answer: Sometime what you see at the lights are merely sonar devices that change the lights in accord to the amount of traffic, rather like the motion detector lights you put on the house that come on when someone walks up. Sometimes they are in traffic cameras, not pictures of rule breakers, but traffic cameras. To see them in action, use this link: http://www.trafficland.com/#start

The red light cameras will flash any vehicle that enters the intersection after the yellow light in on.

Question: Where are the red light camera is located on Queens Blvd?

Where are the red light camera is located on Queens Blvd?

Answer: Victoria! Stop "eating" the lights and you'll be fine. If a concerned citizen to see you anyway, they're going to win your dishes and phone the cell-inch Tony S. Instead of tipping''''people out, where to avoid a ticket, why not encourage everyone not to go with a red light or engage in any other dangerous driving behavior? This is the most full-proof to avoid any tickets. It 'the only thing safe to do. And is the only right way''.'' One day, all the lights have cameras so enjoy it while you can. ^ _ ^

Question: Where can I get antique home movie reels put on dvd?

The home movies I have are from the 1930′s – 1970′s. Some are on 9″ movie reels, some are on 3″ Kodachrome (Kodak) reels, and others are on 3″ cartridge style Ektachrome (Kodak) E160 reels. I have several of these and MUST get them put onto a dvd as they are the only footage we have of many of our relatives (most long gone). Who can do this?

Answer: check these websites.

Question: What is the best way to transfer digital Kodak Ektachrome slides?

My mom has a lot of old slides Kodak Ektachrome from 1950 and 60 and we are trying to find a way to scan to add to its family of digital photo albums. Our scanner can not do (it's a Canon CanoScan 4100 can only transfer 35 mm slides). The slides slides that are about 2×2 inches (if employed by the metal support). He has already tried to call a local site picture to see if they could transfer to CD for her, but said they would first have to see how they thought their equipment may not be able to scan them properly? They do not do any type of scanner that backlighting bigger? Or are there other ways to scan these?

Answer: Try looking at the Epson V500 … under $ 200. Are you saying that your transparencies are mothers in a different format than 35 mm? The cost of scanning transparencies can be from $ 1.50 $ 10 each … depending on the quality and resolution. http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/consumer/consDetail.jsp?oid=63070478
