I really want to upgrade my P & S camera and want to get a Canon because I heard they are very good. Even if I do not have much experience with Canon at all so do not know as that. Can anyone recommend a good camera Canon? I love taking pictures of animals away (like the zoo), macro shots, landscapes ect. I think the most notable difference between it and the XSi is that the sensor is 10.1 megapixel versus the XSI 12.2MP. I got mine in a kit that includes a 18-55mm and 70-300mm lens, then I also put a 28-80mm. The three lenses do everything I need them, portraits to landscapes (I just want to buy another lens if I wanted to go in macro photography) I like the range of accessories including Canon, there is a choice of three hot hand (I went for the medium range 430EX works very well) and a list endless lens that you can see here: 20web.pdf% http://www.canon.com.au/ftp/eos_ef_lens_guide As for the 1D … Personally, I like, but I do not spare AU $ 6500.00 to pick one!

Answer: The Tamron 70-300 is cheap reach. This lens sells for just $150 at places like BeachCamera.com. So it’s not the greatest, but if you’re on a tight budget it will have to do.
BeachCamera lists the 350D body for $515 and the Canon 18-55mm zoom is also a budget lens… you can probably put this whole package together for less at Beach. (This store is legit, as you can check for yourself at www.resellerratings.com)
And don’t get me wrong – this kit will take fantastic pictures and it’s a major step up from any 12x point & shoot!
