Answer: You didn’t mention the model number of the charger so none of us here can look up the instructions either. Nor did you mention the rated capacity of the batteries.

All is not lost however.

The back of the charger should tell you how much current (mA) it provides when charging AAA’s. It may have a different and higher number for AA’s. Suppose the current is 150 mA and your batteries are rated at 900 mAh. Dividing the two numbers (900 mAh/150mA) gives you the time in hours. In the example it would be 6 h(ours). Allow another hour or so since the charging process isn’t 100% efficient. The calculation assumes that you started with batteries that were nearly exhausted. It’s best to not let your batteries reach that point.

Better chargers do the work for you by monitoring the state of charge on each cell and stopping when each is charged to perfection with no guesswork involved.

Answer: well to get a good stop motion of everything you needs a higher shutter speed to 500. This will essentially stop anything that moves, and you will be able to picture sharpness. But sometimes you want the motion blur in the background while your subject is sharp, so you'll need a single unit. Bring your shutter speed 15, and follow your subject and make continuous exposures. We hope you have a strong subject of a motion blur really cool behind. As good night for pictures wearing a tripod. Most likely you want a night landscape. Well make your ISO to 100 for a clean image, set your openness to F16 or more, and bring your shutterspeed until you get a correct exposure. I guess you will need to bring all the way until 1 or 2 seconds. And to eliminate blur from camera, set it on a timer of 10 seconds. Once you dial correctly, press the shutter button, and wait.
