Question: How do I connect my surround sound system to my Panasonic DMP-605 Blu Ray Player?

The instructions are for multiple players blu ray not only the DMP-605, and it lists how to connect 7.1 channel, 5.1 and 2 channel surround. We have a setup 5.1 speaker channels, but it shows not how to connect. It only shows how to connect another model blu ray player. Please indicate if you have any information.

Answer: The instructions must be very similar for all Blu-ray player, just hook up the HDMI cable and you're done. Set the blu-ray audio bitstream over HDMI, set your home theater system for surround mode to the automobile, and everything should work.
