can i achieve the same gain of a parabolic dish antenna using phased antenna arrays ?

Answer: You will eventually achieve the gain of a dish by phased antenna arrays, but it's a very costly and complex way of doing it!
The high gain of a parabolic dish makes it the simplest form of directional antenna for most purposes.

Question: Macro lens Vs regular lens + reverse ring.?
Which one is better or maybe the same result.
If I use regular lens (18-55mm) with 50mm (i put reverse with reverse ring).
Hows the result if I compare with real macro lens.Will that be the same ?

Answer: First, you don't use a reversing ring on a zoom lens.
Second, if you do use a reversing ring with, perhaps, a fixed focal length lens like a 50mm you'll have to use what's called "stop-down metering". You compose with the lens wide open and then stop-down to the taking aperture, meter, set the shutter speed and make the picture. Its not a good thing when you're photographing any moving subject.
If you're in a studio setting and need extreme magnification then a 50mm on a reversing ring will work ok.
For the best results with the most versatility buy a true macro lens.
