Question: need some serious help i have a canon digital elph it takes sd memory card i also have a aiptek camera wanted?
to try out the new aiptek so i took my memory card out of my canon to record video to the other camera when i was done i inserted my memory card back into my canon and all my pictures were gone but when i inserted my memory card into my printer the pictures were there but i cant load them onto my computer and i also cant delete them from my memory card can someone please help me please
Answer: First suggestion....DO NOT PANIC!
Try taking your memory card to a Camera Store, and ask them if THEY can read your memory card, and put the images onto a CD
chances are they should be able to do this with their higher end equipment for about $10Once you have your CD, then REFORMAT your Digital Memory Card. If they are not able to make you a CD, then you should tell them what happened, and ask them if they offer an IMAGE RECOVERY SERVICE.....usually this entails finding ALL images
taken and stored on your card (even the ones you deleted) and burning them onto a CD. Chances are good you should be able to recover your images from what you described, so now you can relax. I work in a Camera Retail for more than two decades now. Its gonna be okay, I promise!

Question: Changing the shutter speed on my Canon Powershot SD870IS Digital ELPH?I know that the shutter speed for Powershot goes up to 15 seconds, but I have no idea where to find it, or how to change it. Any ideas?
Answer: Yes, the User's Guide has all the answers ... you have only one option 'Long Shutter Mode' that allows you to set the shutter speed between 1 and 15 seconds ... but not Index is in the User Guide. Then, you have a look at the table of the functions in the back of the Guide. And 'the second item of list and will direct you to page 109. To access the Long Shutter mode, you must first activate your mode dial to M, then press the FUNC. SET button, then use the up / down to select + / -0, then press the DISP ... then use the left side to adjust the shutter speed, FUNC.SET then press again. It would obviously need to mount the camera on a tripod for long exposures.

Question: Can you use a remote on a Kodak Easyshare camera?
I was just wondering because a remote would make self portraits so much easier. I have the Kodak Easyshare Z981 camera,
Answer: No, there is no remote "socket" or place to plug a remote into the camera. I would never use such a feature anyway. You really need to get someone to take about 12 pictures of you so you can pick the best!
The site below is devoted to the Z981 camera-some very good pictures are posted. You can join and post some of your great shots-no charge. The site is under going construction at this time, so keep trying.
