Question: if i pull my Jeep Grand Cherokee after my motorhome, will i put miles on the jeep?
2001 grand cherokee... I know older vehicles register the miles but I'm not sure if the newer ones with digital dash do, because the car is off and transfer case is in neutral... anyone know?
Answer: Wow, I'm impressed that a few said that yes, it will register the miles... that is pretty impressive.
Vehicles only register miles while the vehicle is off if the speedo gear is CABLE OPERATED. That technology hasn't been used since the late 80's early 90's.
You could have the thing IN GEAR and it will not register miles while it is off (though you would damage your drivetrain) because it is all calculated by electronic sensors (your model year).

Question: electrical cables help?I have a ballast that says you need two hot wires and a ground wire. you should not say reactors Digital never have a neutral wire. from what I understand, a standard American thread contains 1hot 1neutral and 1grounding. I have to rewire my grip in order to use the ballast?
Answer: A standard 120-volt outlet has 1 hot, 1 neutral and ground. A 240 volt wall outlet has 2 hots and ground. A neutral can be used as well, depending on the application. Your weight requires a 240 volt socket without neutral. If you already have a circuit of 240 volts, which has a neutral, the neutral can safely be closed with a nut. If you have only 120-volt outlets, you will need to have a 240 volt circuit added.

Question: What is the difference between a camera's optical zoom and a magnification in a binocular?
For e.g. an 8x optical zoom in a camera and an 8x magnification in a 8x40 binocular?? Is there any difference between these 2, or are they the same??
Answer: no, they are not the same. When a camera says it has 8x optical zoom, you must first known the effective highest focal length. If the widest is 35 mm 8x that is 280 mm. A camera of about 105 mm is equivalent to about 1x of a binoculars, so 8x in binoculars is about 840 mm in a camera. It is not completely so simple as that though because digital cameras today are 10 meg pix and even more. That means that you can blow up an 4x6 picture into 8x12 or even larger. You do not see such a large picture through binoculars. In fact some binoculars have a somewhat restricted field of view. What I am attempting to say is that by blowing up the photo you might possibly get as large an image as you might see through the binoculars.

Question: is a number of binocular magnifying power the same zoom range of a camera?I want to buy a pair of binoculars consumption power and their magnification varies between 6 and every 12 years. IE: 10x50 1. This is the same as saying a 10x Optical Zoom Digital camera? 2. 10x50 binoculars does mean that the zoom is set at 10x? and a camera, the zoom is flexible, from 1x to 10x, im I right? 3.so basically if I have a 10x zoom camera, I do not really need binoculars ... im not going to hunt just to watch the scene .. thanks
Answer: No. totally different numbers. The number you see on a 10x specific camera is the zoom range. It is the largest focal length divided by the smallest focal length in the zoom range. This number is almost useless to non- says that the focal length (equivalent to 35mm or real). Since this specific "10x" is used only on point and shoot cameras, a screen will be LCD can not replace an optical viewfinder because of the limitations of contrast and resolution. Therefore, this type of camera is not a substitute for binoculars, especially 10x50 binos. On a digital SLR camera, you can use a telephoto lens as a pair of binoculars, but it just is not the same as a good set of binoculars. Binoculars Specifications said magnification and objective dimension. 50 mm lens is a healthy size that will give you a much better light and usable in low light situations. You can find binoculars zoom, but most are fixed focal length which makes them more convenient and superior optical quality. You may be happier with a goal 42 mm since they are most common for hunting and you can find the elements.
