Question: What would be a good surprise girt for my girlfriend?

Hi all! Hope that you all can help me out a little here. Christmas is coming and I still have not prepared a present for my girlfriend yet. So far, we have planned on having dinner together, with flowers for her and I still need a surprise gift. This would all happen on Christmas Eve so I only have a day to prepare. I have a few ideas, but do not know which is better. They are:

a) accessories (necklace, ring etc.)
b) dress
c) soft toy that she likes
d) personalized jigsaw puzzle with our photo at the front and a message at the back (this might need more time to make)

Please let me know your opinions and I am more than happy to accept alternate suggestions.

It’s reeeeeeeeeeeeeally unique (at least to me, lol… I’ve never thought of that, ever!) and I’m sure she’ll love it, since it’ll evoke memories of your good times with each other. Answer: It’s worth little or nothing. The world is full of old Polaroid cameras like this one, a not particularly distinguished consumer point-and-shoot from about 20 years ago. Film is available again from The Impossible Project in the Netherlands, but it’s quite expensive.

A few old Polaroids have some value, usually pack film cameras with better optics, rangefinder focus and other features that make better pictures possible. They also are much rarer than your camera, so scarcity helps drive up the price. I doubt that any of the OneStep, Pronto and 600-series cameras will ever be worth much because so many were made and because they really aren’t good enough cameras for a photo enthusiast to justify the cost of film.
