Question: Sony Cyber-shot & case compatibility?

I just got a Sony Digital Still Camera DCS-T77 Cyber-shot camera and with it. a Sony LCS-THP Soft Carrying Case.
A precaution stated in the camera’s manual states “Do not use/store the camera in the following places… near strong magnetic place.”
A precaution with the case states “Keep the magnetic snap away from floppy diskettes and other items that are affected by magnetism.”
I’m challenged with all technology, so this might sound silly… But could the case somehow damage the camera/memory disk? Even though it says on the package that it is specifically for the camera?

Answer: anything is possible
that is why I never bought a case with a magnet snap

this is the one she was suppossed too get. WHY DID THE OTHER ONE SAY FOR T-SERIES IF IT ISNT FOR T SERIES?!?!?

Answer: The seller is Ace Photo Digital, and they simply typed in the wrong description on Amazon’s page.

They should not charge you a restocking fee as this is their error. I would print out copies of the Amazon page to show their error. Enclose a copy of the page (keep one for yourself) along with a note explaining their error when you return the item for exchange.

Ask for 2 day shipping, as you are going on a trip, or at least some guaranteed delivery before your trip.

Answer: i have a kodak and i love it.. the pictures come out so clear and nice.. i heard that sonys arent that good and are kindof cheap
