Q: Problems with my Nikon Coolpix S7c digital camera?

I have an almost new Nikon Coolpix S7c digital and am currently having problems with him. I came home from the beach, after taking photos and enjoying the water, and put the photos on my computer. However, when I took the camera from the dock was resumed to stay on. The problem here, after I took it off the dock and tried to turn it off, it will not. Even when trying to press all the other buttons and try to take pictures, nothing happens. In addition, there is a grayish color on the LCD screen instead of normal color. Finally, the LCD screen off once, but the on / off indicator flashes intermittently maintained and still could not do anything. The gist of it is, the camera stays on and I can not turn it off or do anything with it. I have to take the battery to shut it down. Any help would be appreciated response.

Answer: I guess the camera was damage by heat, water or sand. Is it still under warranty? If so, then take it to where you bought it for warranty repair. If not, then have to pay for repairs. There is no way to fix digital camera itself.
