And you should NEVER use regular alkaline batteries, anyway…as they do not have enough power to run a digital camera for long at all.

If you’re going to a part of the world which doesn’t have electricity, then the only sensible and realistic choice of camera to use…is one than uses AA size batteries (and that does not include the TZ3). Not to worry, because there are better cameras available, anyway.

Your best choice of battery would be non rechargeable AA Lithium, such as Energizer e2. These batteries are long lasting (up to 600 shots) and have an extremely long shelf life. They’re fairly expensive, but would be the best option in your case…and you could literally take as many as you want to carry.

Some very good cameras with a 10x or 12x optical zoom lens, to consider (that use AA batteries) are…

Question: Polaroid Automatic Land Camera 330 battery questions:?

I want to find a cheap battery, like on ebay, without having to rewire the battery to accommodate AAAs. I don’t want to have to change my camera. So maybe there are So different companies that make cheaper 3V batteries that can fit in this camera? Also, I found good deals on film at amazon.com does anyone have any other suggestions? Answer: CR123 batteries are the right voltage and form factor, however the terminals are slightly different.

Question: I installed a new driver door and when i start the engine the four ways start blinking, high beams too.?

I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee LTD V8,1994 and before the new door when i had this problem, i just close the door, lock the vehicle, and then unlock and it was fixed. I had to unplug the battery and that caused the blinking but with the new door I don’t know how to fix it.Any solutions??

Answer: The problem is most likely in the factory security system and not the door. Shutting the doors and unlocking them with the key (usually passenger door) resets the alarm. Does the new door have power door locks? Was there anything different about the wiring hook ups.The new door may now be contributing to the problem but I think the root problem is that the bcm thinks the car has been broken into. Alot of people do not know they even have that equipped on their vehicle. We see this from time to time in my shop and there is not an easy answer. You will need a computer that can read bcm data to see if the door locks are sending the signals or if the bcm is just not reading it right.

Question: Viper alarm: I disconected the battery and re-Neg .. power door is now lokcs not work?

I think the V550ESP alarm. When I try to start blocking the car the doors lock / unlock, but it seems the alarm from the actual power used door switch. I think the last time at the Viper Remote use to resolve this problem had a problem. Does anyone have any advice on how to solve this reset the alarm or fixed this problem?
