Question: Does your electricity supplier charge you for static electricity?
If that is the case, should I stop wearing anything made of nylon?
Answer: Your electricity supplier only bills you (I swapped verbs to avoid the pun) for electrical energy which can be measured by measuring and integrating the total current flowing through that electricity usage meter.
Measuring static electricity is beyond the capability of the utility company's measurement device. When you rub a balloon on your head and use it to zap your sibling, electrons flow from your finger to your sibling's finger. None of the electrons flow through the utility company's box, and therefore they cannot bill you for it.
After all, you did the work to create the static electricity by rubbing the balloon on your head, so there is no reason for the utility company to bill you for it, because its energy doesn't translate in to fuel that their power plant needs to burn in order to deliver electrical energy.
So who does bill you for static electricity? Would you ever guess, the grocery store? You eat the food in order to be able to do the work by human muscles to make static electric charges. Somewhere, that work energy must've sourced, and it does as the food you eat. Although, this work you do is negligible compared to the rest of the work you do all day. And even the muscle work you do all day is negligible compared to other uses of your caloric food consumption.

Question: bracket bent bobbin?I just received my sewing machine and I am an absolute beginner. I was just trying to to get a feel for when I decided to use some pretty thick thread .... the spool says that its nylon thread and causes it to jam the machine ... I made the error, pulled on him and when I opened it to check the bobbin area, I noticed that the metal in that the bobbin (coil -> bobbin -> Bobbin holder holds) a little bent ... not exactly a perfect circle more ... I was loading it with with my thread, I was before, and it still works ok ... I am but maybe it will cause a problem in the future any advice affected?
Answer: Yes. Take your bent Piece to a local sewing machine shop and ask someone there to ask for advice. It is impossible to tell from here if the problem is serious or not. If you continue to use and It is a serious problem, one could damage the unit.
