Question: Digital SLR Camera Lens Help?
I already have a Pentax KX with a 18 55 mm lens, but the digital screen has broke so I need a new camera. The Pentax wasn't very good so I want a Nikon and I was wondering if I brought a Nikon D3000 (body only) could I use the same lens from the Pentax?
Answer: No, they use different mounts.
The Kx is generally considered to be significantly better than the D3000 though. If you didn't like the Kx, then you probably won't like the D3000 either.
