Question: What could be causing my vision to turn go black and legs cause legs to jerk? Could it of been a seizure?

I just woke up and am not stressed out. i was walking to the kitchen when everything went black.. i held on to the kitchen sink and my legs started twitching more like jerking and i couldn’t stand anymore so I sat down. This whole time I wasn’t able to see.. it only lasted for a few seconds.. oh and I am on the nuva ring but that’s the only medication/birth control i use.. Any ideas?

Does anyone know about insects? I found a small bug body size with blacks and red legs crawling around my windows when they are open. Someone has an idea of what they are?
