Question: 1997 BMW 740i I charged the batt. and now it won’t start?

I left the ignition on for several days and the batt. went dead. I hooked up my batt. charger and set it on 12v high,after about 5 minutes I set the charger to 12v boost and tried to start the car. The batt didn’t have enough amps. to crank it over. I re-set the charger back to 12v high and let the batt. charge for about an hour. I turned off the charger and tried to start the car. It cranks over fine but it won’t start now. I checked all the fuses,both under the hood and in the trunk. they are fine. Where do I look next HELP !!!
