I just bought a Canon PowerShot A530, which is nice generally but which seems notorious for being part of a family of entry-level Canon digital cameras susceptible to the dreaded “E18″ error, apparently typically associated with dust or fine grit having gotten into the lens arrangement (the lens extrude automatically before the camera is ready to take pictures).

Answer: nope I never heard of doing that and moisture might actually form in the ziploc bag. Its better to get a bag like the one in the ebay auction below.

Question: Case / Bag for Nikon D40 w / 18-200 VR attached?

I will not have another target. I want to fit in with these 2 chargers and the hood, that's about it. I triangular, if possible … I want to be able to hang on one shoulder like a messenger bag … (Should be the test of time for the rain) …. and walk if I find something nice to shoot …. just pull the stock of equip … … shoot and put it back. I do not want I only recommend brands ….. Please also model names / numbers. No cases backpack please! No square type of small ice-chest boxes too …

Answer: Tamarac Velocity 7 works great over the shoulder can I use it when out walking, I use it without worrying fall with a Nikon D200 18-200 VR n, with space for space for batteries, water, etc.
