Answer: The first person gave you a great answer, I will add a little more to it. When you create that new layer, to move it, with your layers palette open, just click on that layer and drag it down to the bottom of the stack of layers. Now it will be behind everything else!
You can create new layers at least two ways: go to the Layers menu and click New Layer or at the bottom of the Layers palette, there is an icon that looks like square page with a turned (folded) corner. Click on that, it will automatically insert a new blank layer. You will see that layer in the palette.

Answer: i used to dress like that in high school haha so i know what your talking about. i went from wearing baggy jeans like that to skinny jeans but thats just me...i guess whats in right now is everything thats fitted...so not tight or not baggy. for shirts just get some cool graphic tees and some polos. as for shoes nikes are always an option, jordans too.

I like my Super Pet house is fine, but I want something new and fresh that has some room for my two ferrets. Any opinions?

Answer: Yes, it's totally worth switching! Ferret Nation is so easy to clean, the whole front of the box is opened, not to mention easy to get out shelves and can accommodate up to 5-6 ferrets! (The 142 that is!) I had a Super Pet cage and I have a FN 142 - and I'm never going back to Super PET!
