Question: size of photo on SLR camera?
Okay so as I was editing a photo i took with my canon t1i on picnik, it said this photo was very big and picnik would work better if we made it smaller. So i let it, and it didnt change the apperance, but just the digital size im guessing? I dont know much about this. But i think it has something to do with the fact when I ordered several prints from snapfish, they came in looking a little on the pixely/blurry side, not near as clear and beautiful as on the computer. So on my camera i know you can change the settings on what size the photos are, i think..
please help,

Answer: Your camera's manual should tell you how to change the resolution of your pictures.
When you let Picnik resize your photo, it got rid of some of the data and made the photo smaller. For example, I just uploaded a picture to Picnik. My Nikon D90 recorded it as a large JPEG measuring 4288x2848 pixels. Picnik thinks that's pretty big. It wants me to resize my picture to 2000x1328 pixels. If I do that, the file I end up with will be less than half the size of the original. It would still be large enough to make a good quality 4x6 print, but it would be a hair too small for an optimum quality 5x7 print. However, if Snapfish didn't give you the little red triangle icon next to your print sizes, the problem probably wasn't with the resolution of your uploaded photo. It's possible that your photo was a little pixellated or blurry, but you didn't notice because you were not looking at the full sized version of the photograph. Blemishes often disappear when you view a file at only a fraction of its actual size.
You could always try to re-edit the picture without allowing Picnik to resize it, and have Snapfish reprint it from the new file to see if there is a difference in quality.

Question: Movie with a boy whose toy soldier comes to life to aid him to expose a plot to smuggle top secret info?
I'm trying to remember like crazy, but there's this old film, very early 90s or earlier (could even be 80s or 70s) with a boy whose toy soldier/action figure comes to life (actually he appears to him life-sized played by a real person, no CG effects) to aid him to expose a plot to smuggle top secret info. Bits I remember are that his dad didn't have time for him and basically ignores him. His hero is some character that his action figure is based on. It appears to him in real life as a real person and works together with him to uncover some spy plot. I vaguely remember a few scenes like there's this guy who helps him with long hair and geeky glasses, also his toy (the life-sized human version) gets shot at the end but isn't dead because he's imaginary or something. Near the end, they're at an airport and he insists these two old people are spies and they have something in their possession. This is found to be true and they're apprehended. It's an old kids movie. Can anyone help??

Question: looking for the name of a doll / toy action figure from 70.?It 'was a big doll / action figures (12-13 "tall). And 'he had in the electronics with features like an alarm that went off when someone passes by a sensor in his helmet. It was red and yellow if memory serves. I think he had a cloak. Search back, I'm pretty sure that was based on a character Japenese. This was given to me sometime in '76-'78 period. In fact, the toy of the movie Jingle All The Way I remember him like anyone ... anyone? EDIT: Thanks for the quick response, but it is not Ultraman. It was not robotic, and I think had a face like a kid.
