Answer: Honestly people. I usually go with a name brand when I buy new equipment. I had to break many things. If the cash Pocket Wizards are pretty good. and very, very often used. Not to say of brands do not work. I just noticed they are not so reliable. Nothing is more frustrating than faulty equipment.

First up, let"s start by searching Ebay for Vintage Tapestry:
Question: In Adobe CS2, how do I create a tapestry texture overlay for portrait photos?
I have seen this look at love it - basically it's a pattern of a vintage tapestry or wallpaper overlay on top of a photo - I already have my own patterns I want to use, just can't figure out how to make them work - you can see the look I'm speaking of at this link click next a couple of times and you can see the pattern on a bridal -

I work in adobe CS2 - ANY direction is appreaciated, or if you know of an online tutorial that would be awesome!
Thanks so much!Answer: Just create a new layer, paste the Tapestry onto it. Adjust the opacity of the layer until it looks right, then erase away all the parts you don't want the effect to be in.
If you just want the texture, and not the color of the tapestry, simply go to Image > Adjustments > Desaturate.
If you need to rotate or scale the tapestry to fit the alignment of a wall or edge, simply choose Edit > Free Transform and adjust Scale or Rotation.

Question: What is the best replacement for yarn this vintage needlepoint project?I "inherited" a partially worked needlepoint canvas from the 70's and it would complete. It is Columbia Minerva Design # 2332, "Winter Greenhouse." The canvas and colored yarn are all included in the package I received, worthwhile but for some reason all the white yarn is missing in up to a length was sutured, already. I'll have 5907 136 36-inch length of white yarn, # What color reference in the pattern. (So 4896 inches or just over 400 feet). Any recommendations on the best way to substitute yarn? I know I can just go to the store with one segment and try to color / weight game but I hope there is an even better way. Here is a link to an eBay item that has been preserved almost exactly what I even to work in the%. This is not mine, but. Answer: I have the photos at the link made available to verified. What a beautiful project! It is Anesthesia, when you finish it. Columbia Minerva is no longer in business, it is doubtful you will be able to replace the missing brand yarn with that. Because you need much white and you want to fit it all (because there in the background), here is what I would do, I would remove the single 36 "strand, which already worked, and purchase enough new white yarn do the entire project. I noticed that the description on the link you provided that the kit includes both wool and acrylic yarns. They want Remove the string to make sure that you buy the right to test yarn. You can do so by a small piece of yarn and keeps testing in the presence of an open Flame. If it melts and shrinks from the flame, it is synthetic. If it is acrylic, I am willing to bet it is acrylic knitting worsted weight yarn. If so, you're lucky: You can purchase up to 5 into a single strand of good acrylic knitting worsted weight yarn for under $, and it will cover more than what you need (one strand has usually over 250 + feet). If it is wool, it's wall carpet yarn - very much more expensive (so I guess it's Acrylic: The majority of projects such as this would be the less expensive acrylic yarn used for the vast expanse of the background have lower costs). If it is wool tapestry, then only buy enough Birdie in white. Good luck on your project!
