OK, so I'm looking for a job, my first. I am 17 and I wonder if you think this would be good for a first job. He is a merchant at Sears. This individual will cover all departments of the store. Key activities may occur on Sundays. Required: Ability to follow directions and complete assigned merchandising plans and strong drive for results Excellent communication skills, I am a little shy. But really I do not know where else to look = /

Answer: Actually, my job is quite similar to that. I work for Kohl's in the team overnight. A lot of what I do you have described above. I do not know if you would be working through the night like me, but I like it. They have to deal with angry clients. Although, I must also download semi-trailers full of goods. I doubt you will have to do that yet. So far this replacement, is fairly easy. On the other hand, ad-up and removal is one of the most boring job ever! I was trained and hoc created for a night and never want to do. Me I say Sears his first job would be good. A career in sales is much better than a job in food service!
