Question: Sony PCV-RX850 driver DISORDER!?

I have the Sony VAIO PCV-rx850 he had xp on it but I reloaded Windows 7 Premium 32-bit. I havent installed all the drivers, I use it for a reason .. to play Diablo 2. I had it running before, so I know it works, but when I do the video test it says: 1) install DirectX 6.1a or higher (DirectX 7 is included with this CD) 2) install video drivers mathcing current version of DirectX you have installed) I googled the sound drivers but they wont install. same Direct X 8 with 9 and 11 so I can not connect to the Internet .. my network card will not be recognized, but my keyboard flash drive and mouse. when I go to dxdiag it bed 2.4 GHz, 512 MB RAM, DirectX 11 I do not know why the game usually read. please help (preferably with links) let me know if you I'm missing something and I'll update. thanks
