my teacher said that a photograph taken with a black and white film with an ISO of 400 can be made to look grainier as if it has an ISO of 600. how can this be done?

Answer: Hi,
What you do is expose the film in the camera at ISO 600 (that is set the camera to ISO 600) and take the photograph. That means the film will be under-exposed because the camera settings are for a more sensitive film than an ISO 400 (in this case ISO 600).

However, cameras do not usually have a setting of ISO 600, they usually have ISO values of 400, 500, 640 and 800 in that range. Perhaps your teacher said ISO 800?

After you have exposed the film, when you develop it you need to compensate for the fact that it has been under-exposed, so you develop it for longer or at a higher temperature or in a different developer. When you do these things, under-expose the film then over-develop it, it results in a grainier image.

You can do this for effect or if you have no option and must get a photograph in low light conditions.

Question: My boyfriend recently had a semen analysis done. sperm morphology by 3%. Can it be treated? ICSI is the only way?

This is a solution for us? This is the only chance of conceiving? There are other suggestions? I'm paying him. (Not insurance)

Answer: I've seen a lot of different quotes on what cost ICSI. Although the ICSI procedure itself only costs about $ 1500, is the total cost to make each step will cost much more. You are looking at a total cost of $ 6,000 on up $ 20,000 if they have to do with IVF (and most of the time, they do.) I do not think that ICSI is the only chance you have of conceiving though. Morphology Bad can be caused by several things. Infections, drugs (over-the-counter, prescription and illegal), exposure to free radicals (or chemical exposure), and varicocele can cause it. The first link suggests that cost of ICSI, the second is about morph and is the cause, the third is about varicocele (I personally think of varicocele vasectomy increases instantence).
