Question: whats the recommended watts for the power supply for cpu AMD X2 dual core 6000?

and the cooling fan? whats best? and what not to get for the cpu fan.

Answer: Any psu has more than enough power to run your cpu.
The question is: What is the minimum power required for your video card?
Unless you run crossfire or SLI video cards the a safe range would be 500 to 550watts.
This will give you ample power for your pc, video card, additional drives etc.
You can find the best cpu fans and power supplies at www.newegg.com

Question: How do I know if my computer the 350 watt power supply is enough?

I have a dual-monitor graphics card, USB webcam, video capture card USB hard disk, two IDE hard drives, DVD-RW, USB printer, parallel printer port and USB TV card (takes two ports) and USB card reader.

Answer: I'd say go for at least a 500W just to be on the safe side and allows further upgrades later. Although 350W would work IMO, would I do not try if I were you. For, although its rated for 350W, 350W PSU may not be some achievement. Get a 500W. Also check this page from: http://www.antec.outervision.com/ should you some idea of your power consumption.

Question: Are hot shoe flashes for DSLRs universal?

Like, is there a company that makes hot shoe flashes for all brands. I’m looking for a cheap bounce flash for a canon XSI (450D) under $100. Also are there bounce adapters? Like that can tilt a regular flash towards the ceiling? THANKS

Answer: For your price range the best you can do is the Vivitar 285HV. NOTE: Its the 285HV, NOT the old original 285. The original 285 would likely fry the electronics in your XSi so make sure its the 285HV. $89.95 at B&H for the 285HV. http://www.bhphotovideo.com

You’ll have to go “old school” with the 285HV – set the ISO on the flash and then choose an f-stop from the dial on the side of the flash and that will give you a maximum distance and then set that f-stop on your lens and pay attention to the subject distance. Its really easier than it sounds. You can read a review of the 285HV at:

Question: Elinchrom PC cable with light kit, why not plug in Nikon D300? His small to ..?

I bought the Elinchrom 400BX light 2 Light KIT, came it with sync cable, if … where I is the 3.5 mm plug end into the light, it is good, but the other 'PC' End a little smaller than my Nikon D300 port, it is to go in, but it slides very easily and does not snap. It works well, but again it is obviously not meant to fit his, I think these things are not really universal, so what is the best solution, I too have said, it's much better to use a hot shoe anyway, but what is the size for the Elinchrom cable needed?

Answer: Before you start pluging anything in your $ 1700 Nikon USA camera free live tech help line call (800) NIKON-UX, they are open all the time, 24/7/365 hot shoe adapter, but if they do not use trigger voltage higher than 12V, you can fry your electronics cameras … not covered by warranty Nikon's. I use a Pocket Wizard to the use of studio flash units.
