How much would it cost for a ford dealer to install third row seat in 2003 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer V8? Also how would people get to the third row seat? Would you have to fold down the 2nd row seats? The second row seat are 60/40 split-folding 2nd row seat w/head restraints.
Also what about reverse sensor, how much would that cost?
Answer: On installing the 3rd row seat,more than what you would want to spend. The passenger side seat would have to release and fold foward for someone to get to the 3rd row and if you do not have the slots in the rear for the 3rd row seat to fit in, it could get very expensive.
On the reverse sensor, I would check at a auto parts store before dealing with the dealership. Most parts at the dealership are 150% higher than at a auto parts store, if the sensor is available through them.
